We will highlight how this enables more effective, equitable, and granular demand response and outage management. The discussion will focus on the use of Smart Meters for dynamic control of energy consumption, leading to quicker outage restoration and minimizing the impact on customers. We will also address the challenges in implementing this technology uniformly across all users, ensuring that critical customers are not adversely affected.
