Supporting Employees Caring for Children with Special Needs (FY 2025)

At its Curitiba facility, Landis+Gyr supports employee well‑being by providing targeted assistance to those with additional family care responsibilities. In FY 2025, the PENSE Program offered monthly financial support to employees caring for children with special needs. The program helps offset the cost of access to specialized professionals and services that are not fully covered by standard health insurance plans.
